I just filled out a form. When should I expect to hear from you?

I do work a full time job alongside this banner business so once you fill out the form, I will typically reach out to to you within a couple days to confirm all the details. I will reach out to acknowledge that I've received the order & confirm if I can fit it into my painting schedule. We will then work together to create a design for you to approve before I begin painting!

How do you accept payment?

I can accept Venmo or Apple Pay. All payments are due before I can begin painting your banner. Preferably payment is due once the digital mock-up is approved so I can hold your place on my calendar but I will not paint a banner without first having the payment.

How much do you charge for a banner?

I charge $50 for every banner regardless of size or design!

How far in advance should I fill out the order form?

I typically book a month-ish out at a time. As soon as you know you would like to have a banner for your event, I would submit the form.  If you're questioning the timeline, please don't hesitate to reach out on Instagram, TikTok or email!

I don't live local to Nashville, can you ship it to me?

Yes! I can ship to anywhere in the US for an extra charge of $10 to cover the shipping costs.

What is the turn around time for painting a banner?

I paint all banners based on their date due, not by when the order was placed. I try to leave from in my schedule to accommodate all orders regardless of timeline but typically I book out a month-ish at a time. If you have concerns about me accommodating a last minute order, please don't hesitate to reach out via Instagram, TikTok or email.

Will my hand painted banner look like the digital mock-up that was sent over?

For the most part, YES! The only exceptions might be a slight change in the shade of color used between the digital mock-up and the hand painted banner. A lot of the paint is mixed by hand so I try my hardest to match them exactly but since it is hand painted by a human and not a computer, there is definitely a chance the colors could vary.

What size banners do you offer?

I offer 3 sizes of banners you can order. All are going to be 36 inches in width. The size options are 48 inches by 36 inches, 60 inches by 36 inches & 72 inches by 36 inches!

What if I don't already have a design in mind for my banner?

You can fill out the form on this website & add as much detail as possible in the notes section. I will work with you via text or email to ensure we create you the perfect banner based on your theme/ideas no matter how general they may be to start.

What if I don't/do want my banner featured in a video on social media?

I film every painting video & take photos of all the banners for marketing purposes. I never post a banner before your event date to ensure that you get to display it before anyone sees it on social media. If you feel strongly about your banner not being represented or used for marketing purposes, please let me know!

Where can I plan to pick up the banner?

Once the banner is painted & ready to go, I will send you a photo of the finished product & let you know it's ready for pick-up. All pick-ups will be in Downtown Nashville.
